Discussion: Old Rightsnet PDF library

Occasionally a google search will throw up a link to one of Rightsnet’s store of ancient case law transcripts - I think they are in a folder called PDFs. I recently found the Sutton ex p Ross case that way.

Suggestion: would it be possible to add navigation to these from the Resources page, same way we can for old Commissioners’ decisions? It is the only place I know with a significant repository of pre-bailii transcripts from the higher courts but it doesn’t seem to be signposted from any of the menus (unless I am just not seeing something obvious)

hi there ...

these are likely to be a small number of judgments we’ve uploaded adhoc over the years, sometimes in response to forum queries or where we’ve linked to them perhpaps in an old news story or case law summary, but i agree, where they’re useful, they’re very useful!

will take a look at how many there are in the directory and have a think about what we might do ...

(in fact we’ll shortly be doing some work on the ‘Commissioners decisions on rightsnet’ pages (http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/resources/commissioners-decisions) to incorporate a further 3,000 decisions that we’ve been gifted by CPAG (thanks CPAG!) and so this will be an opportunity to think about this at the same time.
