Absolutely- even when parts of it are quoted back to them.

I know I’ve told this tale a million times before but I still chuckle over the time I was told ‘implicit consent only applies when the claimant is present’.

@1964, I was told similarly “implicit consent only applies when they are not present but have given explicit consent in writing”.
