Most recent decisions seem to prefer R(SB)9/84 - see R(IS) 4/06 for example.

Hi Gareth

Thanks for your input.  R(IS) 4/06 deals with different issues than the ones I’m facing.  R(SB) 9/84 has been departed from in CIS/638/1991 on the nullity issue.  Walsh is a decision of a higher court (which had followed R(SB)9/84) so that’s why I want it.  Have you got a copy of R(SB) 9/84?  Still looking for Walsh though.
