I’m looking for R v Sollihull MBC ex parte Simpson (1995?) and also R (mcKay) v Barking and Dagenham - (not sure about this at all).
It’s for help with challenging an alleged non-commercial/contrived tenancy
If anyone can help I’d be very grateful
Cheers

Hi
I’ve looked before and have never been able to find the Solihull case. Shelters HB/CTB handbook has a very good index that gives the bailii links to the decisions that are available online, but it gives no link for this case. That handbook gives the reference 03/12/93 QBD 26 HLR 370 for the Solihull case if that helps!

Thanks Paul, I could’ve imagined it! I’ll get back to you when I can. It’s a bit manic here as I’m trying to get everything in order before my notice period expires :)
