Income Based ESA

Sorry in advance if the answer to this is obvious!

If both people in a couple are entitled to cont based ESA, one in the WRAG and one in the Support group and the one in the WRAG also claims Income based ESA do both the WRA component and the Support Component go into the calculation of the applicable amount? Logic tells me that they should both be counted but I think I have confused myself when I tried to check it, can anyone clarify this for me!

Thanks Tony,

I understand that the contribution based ESA for both parties counts as income but do the WRAC and SG for each of the couple both count as elements of the applicable amount in the way that two carer premiums or something like that would?
