Well I never!

I’m sat on hold to UC, second attempt to call them after we got cut off the first time.

On making the second call, I got through to the UC robot but half way through the call it flipped to the PIP robot for 20 seconds, then back to UC.

I’ve not had that happen since the phones were tapped in my anarchist days! I suppose shouting “Semtex” down the phone is of limited value these days but it still serves to focus the mind a tad. Estelle at UC was a bit baffled mind.

Strange!

I don’t suppose it made any less sense than normal.

I had something similar on a telephone hearing once back in the early days of the pandemic; kept getting snatches of conversation from someone discussing agricultural glass.
