Attendance Allowance supersession form - Does anyone have a PDF copy they can share?
Looking for the night-time needs only form that can be typed on if anyone has one or can link me to one online. TIA.
I just use the standard AA form from https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/attendance-allowance-claim-form, download it, open in Adobe as a PDF and there should be a ‘Fill & sign’ option. I think it also works in Microsoft Edge without the need for Adobe.
