i have a client who is a British Citizen but has lived in Australia for 18 years and did not become a citizen he had an accident out there and had lots of operations he came home for support.  He has been in the country since June last year what is the ruling of when he can make a claim is it that he has to have lived here two of the last three years?

He gets uc and limited capabilities

Yes the past presence test for PIP is 104 out of the last 156 weeks.

There are exceptions for people who are terminally ill.
