Request from Emily and Susan over at CPAG:

Dear colleagues

We are looking for volunteers to join our AskCPAG user panel. The panel will be a key part of how we develop and improve AskCPAG. We will be asking panel members how they use the site, what they think of it and what they’d like to see in future.

We estimate that the total time involved for you should be no more than three hours, spread across the year, and would be likely to take no more than 30 minutes at any one time. As a thank you for being part of our panel we’d give you £50 off your next CPAG subscription.

We are currently looking for panel members, so if you are interested, or just want more information, please fill in our short form at cpag.org.uk/adviser-panel.   We look forward to hearing from you.

Emily Williams
Susan Mitchell

Cheers ... Shawn

CPAG are looking for user feedback on some of their free resources:

If you currently use CPAG’s open source handbooks on AskCPAG, we’d like to hear your feedback.

We’ll use this information to improve the site, as well as the digital book itself, and to report back to our partners who fund the books’ free access.

Fuel Rights Handbook survey
Debt Advice Handbook survey
Mental Health and Benefits Handbook survey
