my client has an Irish passport, she lives in the UK, her husband recently deceased had an Irish passport, client gets PIP, both elements, can she claim Pension Credit, she is believed to have lived in UK for several years and gets state pension, unsure if it’s an Irish or a UK state pension, it is less than the PC rate ???
