Fit Notes - “You may be fit for work taking account of the following advice”
Can anyone point me in the right direction: if someone sees their GP and is given a fit note but the second option (as stated above) is ticked, is this certificate enough to continue the WCA in ESA and/or UC, ongoing until they are considered by the DWP as either fit for work, LCW or LCWRA.
Yes it is. the certificate alone is all that’s needed.
