UVC regs/schedule that allows additional bedroom for couple unable to share

Hi
I can see Sch 4 of the UC regs makes provisdion for an extra bedroom for a couple where one or nboth need overnifght care - but I cant see the bit that specifically relates to a couple being unable to share due to disability -
Please can someone point me in the right direction?
HB awarded a room but when the couple became a mixed age couple and went onto UC, they havent been awarded that
