Benefit cap disregarded earnings 2023
Will the allowed earnings from employment increased from £638 per month for calculation of the benefit cap with the new 2023/24 rates, does anyone know ?
In the UC Regs it’s linked to the minimum wage so it adjusts automatically. That means the answer is yes.
So, new figure should be £722 per month?
