Council Tax Support - Backdating rules
I’m confused about the rules for backdating council tax support in England.
Does each LA have their own rules within their scheme, or are there regs that set the backdating limits for all LAs?
If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great!

Think it’s checking with LA for their specific rules for working-age CTS and with pension-age CTS, you can request 3 months’ backdating.
