Hello

Please could I ask for some advice I have a client whose PIP award was removed at review I completed an MR and she has been awarded standard rate daily living and standard rate mobility, she previously had enhanced mobility and was part of the Motability scheme, so she wishes to dispute this decision, my question is someone has advised I need to raise a new MR against the MR as it is a new decision or from what i have researched is this an appeal against the original decision as revised.

If it is an appeal, would I dispute it as per the original decision or the revision.

Many thanks in advance for your advice.

Straight to appeal, and yes, you’re appealing the decision as revised.
