HC2 certificate

Have a client who has applied for a renewal of her HC2 certificate and they’ve instead sent through a HC3 certificate, which offers minimal assistance with dental fees.

I’m trying to find info on the income thresholds for a HC2 certificate - but I’m struggling to get the information.

She gets paid weekly from her job at just £114 per week and HB, nothing more.

I was of the belief that the weekly income level was around £121 for a HC2 certificate, but I can’t find confirmation of this on any of the sites I usually rely on.
