Attendance Allowance - descriptors?

Trying to find a clear explanation of how decisions makers assess/score AA. If I wanted to support an appeal against a decision, I’d want to understand the process to be able to challenge successfully.

Hoping this makes sense. Would be really grateful for any tips.

You don’t have point scoring descriptors for AA.
