Reg 8B Social Security Credits Regs 1975
Regulation 8B SSCR 1975 imposes a time limit for claiming credits for LCW of “end of the benefit year following the [tax] year”. Do I interpret this as meaning that a claim for 20/21 can be submitted up to the end of the current benefit year? I think I do but my brain hurts!
