In a response to a written question about complaints received by Capita and Independent Assessment Services relating to the PIP assessment process, DWP Minister Claire Coutinho provides figures that show -

- pre pandemic, numbers were between 600 to 900 a month;
- complaint numbers dropped during the pandemic period and in 2022 stand at around 250 to 300 a month
- uphold rates pre pandemic were often less than 20 per cent per month; and
- the uphold rate for 2022 is more like 30 to 40 per cent per month.

Do we know how this relates to the number of assessments undertaken during said period?
