I have just tried to follow a link from the gov. uk admin appeals site to get the full text of a PIPS decision.

On clicking the link for the full text I got a red screen and a warning that the site was unsafe to visit- anyone else had this?

It was the link for the full text of the case that is on the gov.uk admin appeals site, the newer one one for more recent cases. The original one seems to work OK.  I don’t suggest that anyone goes onto the site to check it out but this is the case

Thanks for that, I will get on to our IT guy to see if it is something to do with our security settings

Most likely to be a filter applied by your IT team. By the changing nature of such threats these things are never perfect and often require tweaks. I’ve had blocks applied to both CPAG and here in the past. The GMWRAG web site occasionally throws up issues for people too because it uses Wordpress and so many local authorities filter out blogs because a blog implies lots of things.

I did once get accused of using porn during my lunchtime because I was looking at Red Passion - the (wild west) fans forum for Wrexham AFC fans.

It now seems to work OK, we haven’t done anything at our end and I wonder if there was in fact something dodgy which gov.uk’s technicians have fixed?

I would honestly doubt it. Our filter glitches periodically and blocks things it ought not to. Come back after a break and all will be well.

I had exactly the same thing on one gov.uk webpage late last night. This was from my home computer. Has been fine since then though…
