LHA at Single Room Rent for under 35s

I am sure this has been posted somewhere already but I just can’t fing=d it and it isn’t in the Handbook or Zebedee and Ward

When the single room rate is applied to under 35 year olds in 2012 will the current exceptions (care leavers, gets the SDP etc ect ) still apply to them or are the exceptions changing as well?

Extension of shared accommodation rate to people under age of 35 from January 2012: New statutory instrument includes exemptions from new rules

.. include exemptions for homeless people who have slept rough or who are at risk of sleeping rough, and for ex-offenders who could pose a risk of serious harm to the public.
