I wonder if it is possible to have meaningful change on the two-child limit policy before the fiscal and political aim of limiting population growth changes.

Criticised China for having the 1-child policy - but is it any better to have a ‘2-child policy specifically aimed at poor people’ ?

Seeing as the ” child limit and benefit cap were the inventions of one Iain Duncan Smith, I wonder how he squares their spurring of abortions with his professed devout catholicism.

Under the conditions he created, abortion is a “sensible personal lifestyle-choice” (to use his words).

I winder how he’ll square that with St Peter?
