I have a client who has a stoma (x2) and also requires catheterisation at least 6 times daily.

There is medical evidence that at times there are problems with dislodgement and leakage.

I’m having difficulty identifying any of the incontinence descriptors that might apply and am looking for opinions please.

10(c)(ii)... client is capable of this descriptor but not all of the time (should this be a reasonable regularity argument?)

Have recently had client with bowel incontience described by assessor as having ‘constant leakage of faecal matter although has to wear anal tampon this does not amount to extensive incontience’..
