returning to Pension Credit

Cls are a mixed age couple. As I understand it the situation is as follows The elder was getting PC before May 2019 but when they moved to a different LA area and tried to claim HB the LA said that they couldn’t and would have to claim UC instead.  They did so and were immediately worse off

It seems they were misadvised and this may well be the subject of a complaint to the LA but is there any mechanism to end the UC and reinstate PC and P Age HB

We’ve not found one so far Pete and we’ve seen a few of these cases.
