I am aware that there are solicitors who frequent these parts.
I would be grateful if anyone who could direct message me for a quick pointer.
Cheers

Can’t help you with the actual legal bits as such, but section 6 of our factsheet Dealing with an estate might help to crystalise some of your enquiries and thoughts if you can get someone to help out perhaps?

Good luck.

I’m a solicitor but probate is not my specialism.  I know the very basics and have read a lot but that’s about it.  i would be negligent to give advice that anyone might actually rely on.  subject to that - ask away (but i’m struggling with email as computer poorly sick)
