contribution-based ESA - moves in with partner

A quick check.  If someone on contribution-based ESA moves in with a partner - not claiming UC - it should still be possible to use an ESA3 form to claim ESA for both, shouldn’t it?  Partner claims Housing Benefit so obviously the new circumstances and income should be notified but claim is ongoing.  Ruth

Yes, should be no problem. It has certainly happened in a few cases I have come across here
