Is there any rules or guidance from Jobcentre Plus regarding waiting times at medical examination centres.
We provide a befriending service to our mentally ill clients.
Regularly our staff and our service user turn up at the Medical Examination Centre at the appointed time, then have to wait more than an hour and a half before they are seen.
You can obviously guess how the health of our clients is effectedby this uneccessary wait.

It has happened to many of my clients. They are too afraid of ATOS and don’t want to make a formal complaint against them.
