Widows Pension Disregard for ESA
Employment & Support Allowance section have told my client they may qualify for some Employment & Support Allowance because they will only take into account £86 of the Widows Pension, not the full amount, as they are deducting the difference from the contributions made by the client’s partner.
Does this sound right to anyone?
