Migration to ESA

Is anyone else finding that people on Incapacity Benefit are being sent the ESA 50 and going through the migration process before their next PCA would have been due?

This could have an impact on those with other income or capital if the proposed changes to contributions based ESA go through in terms of the 365 day limit.

No sign round here that conversion when people are being converted is connected to the PCA ‘due date’.

There doesnt appear to be a pattern with regard to migration. Seems pretty random to me.
The problem is that no long term IB / ESA claimants that i have dealt with are aware of it becoming Income based 1 year after ESA starts/migrated.
Must clear my diary for next April.
