Universal credit delays in MR

I have an increasing number of UC cases where MR’s have been submitted and acknowledged but have disappeared off into a big black hole with no response.
I have raised through the appropriate channels and even submitted complains but nothing happens.
I have cases where MR’s have been outstanding for three months now with underpayments of £400+ and still accumulating.
Feel like banging my head against a brick wall.
Is there any way that this can be progressed through the Tribunals Service as a result of the DWP’s refusal to make a MR decision?

It’s possible you could seek a judicial review on the basis of delay, especially if the delay is causing hardship - CPAG might be able to help - you could contact the universal credit email advice service in the first instance -

This one is still rumbling on. We submitted an online complaint in July which finally was acknowledged in October. They responded to the complaint in early November have put forward the case for financial redress without us even asking which is good and a promise to take the action we are asking for.
In the meantime I have also applied to the FtT asking for the requirement for an official MR to be waived OR the SoSWP response in the journal upholding the decision, to be accepted as a reconsideration determination.
I am giving it another couple of weeks and if they still haven’t taken the action they said they would in the response to our complaint I will write a pre-application notification for JD and see if that spurs them into action.
This whole thing is ridiculous considering all we are asking them to do is correct their mistake(s).

They’ve got 20 days to respond to a complaint. If you escalate it on day 21 you’ll find all your future complaints are addressed promptly, certainly if my experience is anything to go by.
