Reopening UC claims

My first successful UC reconsideration. They reconsidered the decision but the claim’s still closed.

I’ll get on the phone soon but if anyone’s run into this and can offer any commentary I’d be grateful

To re-open the claim, the DWP need to go through a process which takes about a month. They need to get IT to override the closure put on the case, then they need to re-assign it to a case manager and then retrospectively calculate all the missed APs.
