More design feedback
I was told yesterday that once a claim is closed the case manager no longer has responsibility for it. There is no choice but for a recon to go down the adjudication route.
In the case I called about it is plain that the claimant had good cause for failing to attend his appointment; and if there were still a CM allocated to it it would have been fixed in a phone call. Maybe leaving a claim allocated to a CM until the month deadline has expired might save a lot of bureaucracy.
