Is anyone here involved in delivering either or both parts of Universal Support - Personal Budgeting Support (PBS) or Assisted Digital (AD)?
I would be particularly interested in knowing how you are getting people claiming (or for AD wanting to claim) UC into the support system.

I’m the operational lead for PBS.
Work coaches offer PBS at the JCP during client’s first commitment meeting. We’ve seen that most clients turn it down at this stage.
Unexpectedly low benefit and/or initiation of legal action by landlord or council spurs a referral to PBS. Clients can request it over the journal, ask the work coach at the appointment or call service provider directly.
CAB offers Assisted Digital Support at all local JCPs from 2.30 to 4.30, everyday. This may vary depending on council.
