LTAHAW again
DM has ‘made a determination that [claimant] and [alleged partner] are living together in a manner akin to that of a married couple’
Benefit suspended.
Options given are:
Make a joint claim
Have claim stopped if they don’t do so by 13/4/18 then make new claim
No references to the law used, no sign of an appealable decision.
Ive historically had 2 clients where JC+ have called them on the phone threatening them with jail if they don’t close the claim and claim as a couple, without any evidence at all that the situation even resembled LTAHAW.
