reclaim due to income, can you claim another advance

Client paid twice in AP due to bank holiday. UC stopped, she will have to reclaim.  Can she apply for another advance?

I can’t find anything to suggest that she can’t claim another advance for a new claim. She can’t claim two advances for the same new claim, but that doesn’t apply to this situation.

If she is still paying off the previous advance, then would a second one take her over the repayment cap? If so, the advance might be refused on the grounds that she can’t afford to repay it.
