Can you change the email account on a Full Service claim?
Says it all really. I can’t see anything obvious on the account.
I’ll ask our partnership team as well but I bet there’s folk on here who’ll know.
Claimant can go into their online account, click report a change in circumstances on home page and then select personal details. They can then amend their name, date of birth, phone number and email address.
