UC Mandatory Reconsiderations
We seem to be waiting months for Mandatory Reconsiderations of UC to be carried out (usually sanctions). Is this normal? JSA or ESA can be carried out in a matter of weeks!
I’m guessing there’s no way around this?
Particularly frustrating when you know there is likely to be no change to the original decision anyway!
As one of our local Tribunal Judges is fond of quoting, “justice delayed is justice denied”.
