Hi
am sure someone may have already done this but as we know the new Tariff income is £4.35 per £250 I assume or part thereof = £17.40 per £1000 over £6000 but if you ha transitional protection are the same rules applicable?

I assume the new rates will apply on any claim for UC whether migrated to it or not.
Could anyone clarify for me please

thanks very much.

best wishes

Nige

That’s 4.35 per month ( so it’s basically the same amount as for working age legacy benefits).
