help needed in Cornwall

I’ve been contacted by a Deaf man in Liskeard who is having to apply for PIP having previously been in receipt of DLA. He is struggling to find anyone who can assist him with his application who has experience.
I am going to email him some information but seeing someone face to face would be helpful.

Is there anyone in the area who may be able to help?
