last year of full time course and claiming UC
single person will meet gateway conditions for UC when no longer classed as full time student.
when to claim UC?
Could he claim now as 7 waiting days and then by end of month assessment period he will no longer be classed as student, although student loan will be taken into account?
Don’t think he will be able to claim until the official end date as he is still technically a Student until then and therefore he will not satisfy the Gateway Conditions.
