Basis on which enhance rate mobility awards are made

Answer to written question in parliament yesterday about the breakdown on PIP enhanced mobility awards shows that -

19% get on mobility activity 1 alone
51% get on mobility activity 2 alone
25% get on a combination of the two activities
5% get at least 12 point on both mobility activities 1 and 2

Simultaneously can’t help thinking why there’s no breakdown of how many people qualify by virtue of aids and appliances alone!!!
