Problem with photocopied forms downloaded from gov.uk
From new Housing Benefit Bulletin HB G2/2016:
Printing and completing DWP forms from GOV.UK
The vast majority of post DWP receives is now scanned on receipt. Photocopies of forms printed from GOV.UK can cause issues when viewing the scanned images which may result in delays for claimants/customers.
Therefore, it is important when completing a DWP form printed from GOV.UK to complete the original printed version and not a photocopy.
