New claim following appeal

My client has appeal and his appeal rejected - he does not wish to take this to an upper tribunal can he reapply straight away for PIP based on new health grounds or does he have to wait to have the new health conditions for at least 6 months.

Hi Demi - whenever he applies he will need to show that he meets the criteria for the previous three months and expects to for the next nine. But if he already feels that is the case then there is no restriction on putting in a claim now.
