Saving UC claims

My understanding was that you cannot save UC claims as with JSA. Someone from DWP said this had changed and you now can, does anyone know if this is true?

Do you mean save an online UC claim part way through?

If so, the current “old-style” UC online claim cannot be saved.

However, the new Full Digital UC online claim does allow for this, as demonstrated at a DWP OSEF meeting late last year.

They said that they’re not planning on improving the old-style UC online claim as all resources are being put into the new Full Digital Service which is proposed to roll-out more widely from May 2016.
