“Specific physical or mental disablement” - Is there a definition?
This question is posed as I have a client who is suffering from a considerable amount of pain that would, if diagnosed, fit him into multiple activities under Schedule 2 & 3 of the ESA regs. Problem is that after many, many medical investigations no diagnosis can be given. Does this then fall from the definition of “Specific”.
