Hiya,

I’m sure somewhere I’ve seen a guide for maximus for dealing with ESA claims and now I can’t seem to find it - anyone got any ideas where it is - or have I imagined it!

Thanks

Ed

no it was something more detailed and internal laying out the processes and procedures. I thought it was specific to maxmius, or HAAS, but it could be I’m confused and it may have been more generic…

Not this you’re thinking of?

Work Capability Assessment handbook: for healthcare professionals

This guidance is for healthcare professionals who undertake Work Capability Assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.

Not specific to Maximus as such. Otherwise, you’ve got me :-)
