Ask CPAG Online is a new project, funded by the Baring Foundation, that is providing user-friendly information and advice on social security and tax credit issues in a practical and accessible way online.

To date, we’ve drafted content on discretionary housing payments, ESA problem areas, mandatory reconsideration and sanctions, as well as answering your queries related to these subjects by email.

We’re thinking about what we should be writing about next, as well as what you think of what we’ve achieved so far, and we’d be delighted if you would take 5 minutes to share your thoughts and opinions with us via our online survey

Thanks very much, we’re looking forward to hearing what you think.
