Rapid reclaim for JSA now in UC area….

Hi, saw that there was a previous thread on this but not sure if it was really answered. We have been asked if someone can make a rapid reclaim for JSA now that we are in a UC area. The person would meet the UC gateway conditions. They were on JSA, got a job that ended up only lasting a few weeks…. want to reclaim JSA. Can they?

Have a customer who broke his claim for JSA., when he reclaimed within days he was told it was UC that he needed to claim. Equally someone can break claim for JSA by choice if there is an advantage of a UC claim, such as high non dep charges.
