Limited capability for work?

Hi, looking at the calculation and have a concern regarding the LCW.
If the LCW element disappears 2017, will the corresponding Work Allowance for those with Limited Capability for Work (reduced version from 2016) also disappear?

Tried looking at the budget etc, but can’t seem to spot any related reg!

As far as I can see the current WRWB (s14) only allows for the removal of the LCW element from the UC maximum amount.

The work allowance (and limiting work-related requirements to work preparation) are linked to the claimant having LCW ( and not to having the LCW element included in the UC maximum amount) so I’d hope that those wouldn’t change.
