Trouble is, I think some of them truly believe that “the cloud”, as in computing, really is one of those fluffy things in the sky.
How long until Skynet becomes self aware?

How soon till Neil Couling becomes self-aware? He’s presumably still collecting the thank-you cards from grateful sanctionees. Wonder if he got one from ‘Sarah’?

Apparently there are a lot of hidden costs with cloud computing - https://www.publictechnology.net/articles/news/cloud-transformation-adding-costs-and-complexity - and also ‘over half of UK public sector organisations said that cloud had in fact increased the complexity of their ICT environment.’
but I’m sure UC will have it all on time and on budget…
